This is older method - Sync via Dropbox.

Book Keeper syncs using Dropbox using your personal Dropbox account, that means you can sync your data while still maintain your privacy.

Steps to enable sync from Mobile to Computer:

1. Create your free Dropbox account on Dropbox.com If you already have Dropbox account, you can skip this step.

2. Install Dropbox in both mobile and computer and login with your email id and password

3. Open company in your Mobile

4. Go to top Right corner and click on the sync icon.

5. Now your company will start syncing

6. Open Book Keeper on computer and click "Open Company From Dropbox"

7. Also note, this is one time process, don't press enable/disable sync again and again.

Steps to enable sync from Computer to Mobile:

1. Create your free Dropbox account on Dropbox.com If you already have Dropbox account, you can skip this step.

2. Install Dropbox in both mobile and computer and login with your email id and password

3. Open company in your Computer

4. Go to top left corner and click on the sync icon.

5. Now your company will start syncing

6. Open Book Keeper on Mobile and on top right corner, click Download button > Enable Sync. Follow steps, it will ask you to link Dropbox.

7. Restart Book Keeper and it will display you list of companies.

8. Click Download button against your company and it will move to first section

9. Open your company and start working

10. Also note, this is one time process, don't press enable/disable sync again and again.

Steps to enable sync from Computer to Computer:

1. Create your free Dropbox account on Dropbox.com If you already have Dropbox account, you can skip this step.

2. Install Dropbox in all Computers and login with your email id and password which you have created in step1

3. Open company in your Computer

4. Go to top left corner and click on the sync icon.

5. Now your company will start syncing

6. Open Book Keeper on second computer and choose Open Company From Dropbox.

7. Also note, this is one time process, don't press enable/disable sync again and again.

Steps to enable sync from Mobile to Mobile:

1. Create your free Dropbox account on Dropbox.com If you already have Dropbox account, you can skip this step.

2. Open company in your Mobile (admin device)

3. Go to top Right corner and click on the sync icon

4. It will ask you to link to Dropbox, link it by entering your Dropbox id and password.

5. Then press Enable Sync

6. Now your company will start syncing

7. Open Book Keeper on second Mobile and on top right corner, click Download button > Enable Sync. Follow steps, it will ask you to link Dropbox, link it by entering same Dropbox id and password.

8. Restart Book Keeper and it will display you list of companies.

9. Click Download button against your company and it will move to first section

10. Open your company and start working

11. Also note, this is one time process, don't press enable/disable sync again and again.
