1. To enable Batch & Expiry and other columns, go to Settings > Template Settings > Item Table.
This feature will work if you don't use Warehouse feature.

2. In Purchase voucher, while adding items, you can specify Batch/Expiry or other columns, also you can add new Batch/Expiry.

Also if you have some Initial Quantity of an Item then you can edit the Inventory Item and there you can create the Batch, Brand, Mfg, Expiry date of that item. You just have to enter the Initial Quantity in Hand and press Enter, new pop up will appear to add Batch & Expiry Date of your item.

3. Now at the time of creating Sales voucher you need to add Item and after that it will ask a pop where you can select Batch & Expiry Date you are selling the particular items. Also all the additional columns of Batch, Expiry, MFG Date & Expiry Date will be visible at the time of viewing the invoice.

4. For tracking purpose, go to Reports > Item Tracking Report.
