If you have purchased from distributor and have package id like: usrxxxxx@bkapp.in, you cannot change that email id.
If you have purchased from distributor and wish to update to email id in details, please contact your distributor.
If you have purchased online on your personal id, say: abc@gmail.com and wish to change that, you need to email us from same email id: abc@gmail.com and mention that you wish to change to some other id, example: xyz@gmail.com
We'll change email id and update you. It won't have any affect on your subscription, your company data etc.
If your company is on BKWeb, you need to transfer company. login here: https://bookkeeperapp.net/log-me-in and choose transfer company.
