Unable to View Reports | Unable to Open Reports | Access denied Error While Opening Reports | Error While Creating Report File | Access To Path is Denied

1. If you are getting this type of error while clicking on Display reports and not able to view the Reports in Book Keeper then we request you to kindly follow below mentioned steps:

Go to Settings option of your windows device > Controlled Folder Access > Off that option.

2. If you are getting this type of error while opening Reports then it's an issue with the path. Book Keeper not able to access that path due to access denied.

To resolve that error you need to check the path Book Keeper.

Go to My Files > My Documents > Right click on it > Properties > Location > Restore Defaults > Apply > Ok

After that restart Book Keeper as well as system and then check.

3. You might see an error "Access denied" as mentioned below:

In order to resolve this type of error firstly you need to Disable Antivirus (if any antivirus installed in your system) and the second solution is to restore Default location as mention in follow step 2.

4. Also right click on My Document or Document Folder > Properties > make sure Read Only button is not selected.
