If you are unable to generate reports in the BookKeeper application, or you are getting blank page after opening a report, then please do the following step:
On Dashboard, go to Settings > Window Specific Settings > tick on Use Internet Explorer Based Browser.

If these links doesn't solve your issue, reinstall .NET Framework
