Unable to open BK file l Initialize error while opening file

While opening your BKWeb Company file in your system sometimes, you receive an error message like "Unable to Initialize Company"



So, in this article, you will get the details on how to solve this type of error. 


1. Check for firewall settings. Go to Windows search > type Firewall and Network Protection > Allow an App through Firewall > select the BK App exe location and BK server > Allow another App > okay.

2. Check if your antivirus is preventing Book Keeper to use this file. Try to disable or exclude this file from antivirus you can check below link:

3. Open Book Keeper > click on Settings > Advance > Advance Debugging > make sure both "Internet" and "Primary Server" are connected

4. Go to Windows search > press Windows R > type AppData > Local > Just_Apps rename it to Just_Apps_Old and then reopen Book Keeper.
